Koyorad is proud to announce an all-aluminum high-performance radiator for the 5th Generation (2010-2020) Toyota 4Runner with 4.0L V6. Koyorad’s high density HyperCore measures 36mm thick, a 33% increase over the OEM unit which boosts the cooling system’s heat capacity and endurance under extreme use. With TIG welded all-aluminum tanks, this radiator is a long-lasting upgrade and perfect replacement for an aged and brittle OEM plastic tank radiator. Designed for serious off-road enthusiasts, the internal automatic transmission (AT) cooler has been purposefully omitted. An external transmission cooler (not included) will be necessary, which allows for visual inspections of the cooler itself and can be upsized and upgraded to offer improved transmission performance in the field. Since the internal AT cooler has been removed, the radiator will have zero risk of coolant and transmission fluid breech which can cause catastrophic engine and drivetrain damage. Advanced engineering and design, impeccable TIG welds, proficiency in furnace brazing, and triple pressure testing for quality has earned Koyorad the excellent reputation in performance cooling worldwide.

Koyorad is proud to introduce a brand new all-aluminum universal tube and fin “FC” style” crossflow oil cooler.  The unique 23” x 4” size and shape, is excellent for the center placement on many modern cars, which can be more accommodating of an oil cooler mounted above or below the radiator or intercooler.  Koyorad’s own extruded Tube and Fin Cores have proven their performance in professional Japanese competition series such as D1 Gran Prix, D1 Lights, D1 Street Legal, Formula D Japan, MSC Challenge, and many others. Tube and fin cores are recognized for their balance of strength, high efficiency and up to 50% in weight savings over bar and plate coolers, not to mention their distinctive good looks. Koyorad’s rounded tube faces offer vastly improved ambient air penetration in comparison to flat faced bar and plate cores.  This results in highly efficient heat transfer, and are less prone to heat-soak.  Koyorad’s excellent reputation in performance cooling is a result of quality being the highest priority. Like every all-aluminum racing radiator, each crossflow oil cooler is manufactured in Koyorad’s private ISO 9001 certified factory.

Koyorad continues to improve upon cooling performance for EG and EK chassis Honda Civics and is proud to announce a brand new full-length aluminum racing radiator for these “golden era” favorites. This application was taken from the Koyorad Japan catalog, proven for nearly a decade in Japanese N1 and Honda VTEC One Make Racing and is now available in North America. Designed for the serious race car, this radiator will not fit vehicles equipped with air conditioning (AC). By utilizing the space for the AC condenser, the radiator core surface could be increased by over 100%, which boosts the cooling system’s heat capacity and endurance in extreme conditions. The original radiator fan shroud and OEM DOHC radiator hoses can be used, requiring no modifications for installation. Users may install an aftermarket coolant temperature gauge with the optional 1/8PT sensor port, conveniently located directly on the upper radiator tank which eliminates the purchase of a sensor hose adapter. Koyorad’s advanced engineering and design, proficiency in furnace brazing, and triple pressure testing for quality has earned their excellent reputation in performance cooling worldwide.
