 Koyorad Cooling Systems, Inc. is a manufacturer of premium automotive aftermarket cooling components for passenger cars and trucks.  We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to add to our Product Development and Racing Department.  Ideal candidates will be college graduates plus have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry or related field.  This position involves extensive work with vehicle and parts data, therefore attention to detail is critical.  Ideal candidates will be organized, have a professional attitude and show initiative toward achieving personal and company goals.

Duties:

• Work extensively with vehicle application data, part numbers, and pricing
• Validate and cross-references part numbers and diagrams
• Photograph and document product information
• Provide new product suggestions based on market trends and feedback from dealers and end users
• Collaborate with international office locations and factories for part identification and troubleshooting
• Conduct market research for assigned projects
• Provide technical assistance, fields phone calls, troubleshoots and presents product information to customers and end users
• Order processing, inventory tracking and coordination of shipments
• Support staff at events and trade shows (may include weekends and travel)
• Customer visits and product training
• Assist with product installations and testing
• Assist with website maintenance and social media activity
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet company objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

• A passion for automobiles and the sport compact/high-performance industry
• Familiarity with automotive parts & cooling systems, popular vehicles, chassis codes, and engines
• Experience working in automotive aftermarket industry or closely related field preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and graphic imaging software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational/information management skills
• Ability to adapt, problem solve and learn quickly and multi-task
• Reliable transportation to our facility in Irvine, CA
• Sales and customer service experience a plus
• Japanese language ability a plus but not required
